Mission Statement

The Regent will meet the needs of the Greater Brandon community in Eastern Hillsborough County with a focus on artistic, civic, cultural, educational, historic, philanthropic, and social purposes, including classes, meetings, events, and performances.

Beyond a place to house events, The Regent takes to heart its mission in becoming for the citizens of Greater Brandon a place for diverse interests to come together and build connections and a sense of civic pride.

We welcome here friends and partners who believe that a strong civic, education, and cultural industry rests on the past and creates the future. May we never cease to remember, learn, and enlighten.

Life is all about remarkable celebrations! As bystanders, we see many joyful events and are always so proud to be a part of the memories we help make. A young couple starting their life together as man and wife, dear friends gathering to shower a mom-to-be, a family celebrating a ten-year reunion, an older couple toasting fifty years together; yes, life seems richer when we take the time to enjoy one another! The Regent provides the perfect backdrop for all of our community and all of life’s celebrations.

We love being part of the neighborhood and sharing this facility with the wonderful array of businesses, community groups and individuals who make Brandon such a magnificent place to call home.

Throughout our design, we’ve made sure to keep the community wish-list in mind. Those who walk through the doors will always remember our extraordinary surroundings, our dedication to excellence and our seamless delivery of amenities. With over 30,000 sqft of luxurious offerings including a 10,000 sqft Ballroom, a 3,500 sqft multi-purpose room, a bridal suite and picturesque terrace, The Regent can only be described as extraordinary.

This year The Regent will host a variety of fantastic celebrations, all with various styles and purpose. The Regent will be home to a plethora of community-centric events, unbelievable wedding ceremonies and receptions, successful fundraisers, glamorous galas, auctions, seminars, retreats and even super-sweet 16 parties. We’ll also play host when special organizations utilize the faculty for training employees, community leaders hold special meetings or when troop leaders teach boy scouts how to tie their first marine knot.

Multi-purpose Room  may be rented for $1,100.00 for a 4 hour event and includes in house banquet chairs, tables, break down, set up and housekeeping.  No packages are available for this rental.

~ Additional hours may be purchased prior to 11:30 pm and are $375.00 each
~ Seated guest capacity is a general guideline based on rounds of 8 for seating & room for dancing

  • 150 white garden chairs for outdoor events.

** We will provide up to what we have in house and available.
If additional furniture is needed, The Regent will invoice the Client and the Client will pay the facility directly.

Silver, gold or mahogony chiavari chairs: $6.50 each
White spandex chair covers with sash & install: $3.00 each
Pillowcase chair cover with sash & install: $4.75 each
Silver or gold plate chargers: $1.00 each
Standard linens to the floor for guest rounds: $12.00
Standard floor length linens to the floor for rectanges: $13.00
3 cylinder glass vases with clear stones, white or ivory floating candle and submerged -
flower: $30.00 - $45.00 each
White ostrich feather centerpiece in trump vase: $75.00 each
20’ white carpet aisle runner: $225.00

Uplighting on one Accent Wall: $400.00
Full room uplighting (on all walls) available: cost dependent on space rented
